< Payment >
Upon booking your tour, a prepayment equivalent to half of the tour price must be made by credit card.
< Cancellation Policy >
For cancellations made after 45 days prior to the fishing date, a fishing tour coordination fee will be charged. We will refund the amount remaining after deducting the fishing tour coordination fee from your advance payment made upon booking.
If you cancel 30 days or less before the fishing date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
For cancellations made 15 days or less before the fishing date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. This includes cases where you return to port due to seasickness or other personal reasons.

The fishing trip will be canceled if it is determined that safe operation is not possible due to inclement weather, infectious diseases, or other similar reasons.
※Example: local wave is height and Captain determined not to depart, etc.
If the trip is cancelled, we will contact you at the email address, phone number, etc. that you applied for at least 1 to 2 days in advance.
If a tour is canceled due to circumstances beyond the customer's control, such as inclement weather, the following refund policies apply:
1. Non-Expedition Fishing Tours : A refund will be issued for the full amount paid, excluding the fishing tour coordination fee.
2. Expedition Fishing Tours: As additional preparation costs are incurred for these tours, the refund will be the amount remaining after further deducting the necessary preparation costs, which will be calculated appropriately by our company. (The final refund amount will be notified to you via a quotation.)
Trip time is determined by Captain, and cannot be extended without Captain's acceptance.
This Trip is carried out with the agreement to obey Captain's and Guide's instruction. Please apply after agreeing to it.
Travel accident insurance (optional insurance) is not included in the Fishing Fee, please do have it by yourself and join our tour.
★ Please note that the Trip will be cancelled if the catch quantity stipulated by recreational bluefin tuna fishing regulations is exceeded. (Reference: There are many cases where the upper limit is reached around the 10th of every month)
⇒Alternative: We search and offer other big game fishing and discuss with you.
★ Please note that selling caught bluefin tuna for commercial purposes to obtain profit violates the instructions of the Wide Area Fisheries Coordination Committee.
