< Payment >
All reservations require a credit card deposit, which is only held, not processed. Any reservation canceled prior to 30 days before the trip will result in a lift of the credit card hold and no fees at all.
< Cancellation Policy >
We will NOT charge a cancellation fee if booking is cancelled 30 days or more before the event
We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 29 days or less before the event.
We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the event. Returning back to the wharf because of seasickness or any other reason by customer are included in this.
If any Transfer or stay cost for our Stuffs, its cancel fee is also claimed to you.
< Please note >
If safety is hindered due to bad weather, infectious diseases, etc., the Trip will be cancelled.
※Example: local wave is height and Captain determined not to depart, etc.
If the trip is cancelled, we will contact you at the email address, phone number, etc. that you applied for at least 2 days in advance.
If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather etc. that is not customer circumstances, the full amount will be refunded.
Trip time is determined by Captain, and cannot be extended without Captain's acceptance.
This Trip is carried out with the agreement to obey Captain's and Guide's instruction. Please apply after agreeing to it.
Travel accident insurance (optional insurance) is not included in the Fishing Fee, please do have it by yourself and join our tour.
★ Please note that the Trip will be cancelled if the catch quantity stipulated by recreational bluefin tuna fishing regulations is exceeded. (Reference: There are many cases where the upper limit is reached around the 10th of every month)
⇒Alternative: We search and offer other big game fishing and discuss with you.
★ Please note that selling caught bluefin tuna for commercial purposes to obtain profit violates the instructions of the Wide Area Fisheries Coordination Committee.
